STEP 1: Wrap The Saucy Fish Co. ready cooked salmon fillets in foil and leave in a pre-heated oven for 7 minutes to warm.

STEP 2: Meanwhile, place The Saucy Fish Co. Tomato & Chilli Chutney sachet in a mug of boiling water and leave to heat for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 3: For the salad, simply mix together the baby spinach, rocket and broad beans, drizzling with extra virgin olive oil.

STEP 4: Rain crumbs of feta cheese over the salad before popping the salmon on top and covering with the tomato dressing.
